Can I submit more than one project?
Yes, you can submit up to 3 projects
In which language am I allowed to present my project?
You can present your project in your native language, but a short description in English is requested
How do I send my project ?
Using the content module, using your login and password
Is it possible to present a project made by a team and not a single student?
Yes, if you want, you can present your project in team but please mention the team leader since in case of prize award, he (she) will be the one invited for the traineeship
I will be graduating next year and my status will change: can I still present my project?
As long as you are an architect/student and the graduation year is planned for 2011, 2012 or 2013
Is there any participation fee for entering projects?
There is no participation fee: the submission is entirely free
In case of prize award, can I select my country or the practice where to perform my traineeship?
This is not possible since the winners will be directly selected by the practice
Is there any compensation fee going with the traineeship?
Yes, the traineeship fee will be granted at the same conditions as the ones granted by the participating world architects
Can I choose my traineeship period?
Yes, all the traineeships will be performed in accordance with the architecture practice and the student’s availability
When will the awarding ceremony take place?
The Awarding Ceremony will take place in the afternoon on Wednesday 16th of January 2013 during BAU 2013 in the Forum C2

What should I prepare for my participation for the contest?
You should prepare:
max 3 x one A3 sheet,
1 x A4 detailed technical description,
1 x A4
motivation brief
To upload the documents into the contest module you should combine the A3 sheets into 1 single pdf and also the A4 pages into 1 pdf file..
